Oh, those few days before your ‘diet’ starts (or restarts in my case). Isn’t it like an Olympic event in which you try to see how much food you can consume before starting your new diet plan…because you’re thinking to yourself that surely you won’t ever see this food again?
That, my friends, is the stage I am currently in!
My plan is to start (restart) my diet program. This is also part of my plan – to feel bad eating this way so that when I switch to a healthier way of eating this week I can remind myself of how much better I feel.
So I am eating, drinking, and enjoying every last taste of it… you know what they say “eat crap feel like crap, eat nothing feel like nothing, eat well feel well” (and by the way crap actually stands for carbonated junk, refined sugars, artificial and professed foods – NOT actual crap LOL)
Guess we shall see!
