Preheat broiler in your oven. Line a baking sheet with tin foil.
Place coconut milk in mixing bowl. Toss in tuna, capers, red onion and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
Slice tomatoes in half and place them upside down on baking sheet.
Spoon tuna mixture over half of them sprinkle with cheese.
Broil until cheese is melted.
Top with other tomato halves.
