This cripsy fried chicken is keto, low-carb and delicious (and simple to make)!
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place a cooling rack inside rimmed baking sheet.
Brush chicken with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Place chicken thighs on cooling rack and top with sliced garlic.
Bake for 25 minutes until cooked through.
Fry zucchini in olive oil until tender and set aside.
Brush butter onto chicken thighs and broil for 5 minutes until crispy.
