Keto Chocolate Breakfast Pudding

 10 hard boiled eggs, peeled
 1 can (13 ½ oz) full fat coconut milk
 ½ cup confectioners erythritol
 ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

If you prefer additional sweetness you can add 1 to 2 teaspoons of stevia glycerite ad more coco powder to suite your taste. If you prefer less sweetness you can reduce the amount of confectioners erythritol.
