How Does

Project B3 Work?

For 8 weeks you will be guided by me as your personal health coach as well as by Dr Shawn through weekly live calls for the entire program to help you balance your body, brain and microbiome and go into 2019 feeling your absolute best!

What will I eat?

The nutrition on this program is not restrictive (except for staying away from processed foods). We will discuss how to fuel your body the right way, how to plan your meals and how to choose your foods and put them together in a way that you feel happy and satisfied while still enjoying things you love.

What will support look like during this program?

You will have one-on-one coaching with me as well as live calls with Dr Shawn.  You will also get access to our Facebook support group with thousands of others who have joined the program.

Will I lose weight?

People may or may not lose pounds on the scale but your body fat will go down and your muscle mass will go up.  You will not feel deprived or hungry and you will absolutely lose weight without feeling deprived!

Can I "cheat" on holidays?

Can I have red wine? Can I have a Christmas cookie? Can I eat stuffing on Thanksgiving? YES! These will be built right into your program! It is not specific foods it is your mindfulness around them.  Have your Christmas cookie and have that glass of red wine.

What if I am breastfeeding?

The only thing with breastfeeding is a lot of the foods and some of the supplements recommended are bitter because they contain a lot of important phytonutrients and sometimes that can pass into breast milk and sometimes the baby will notice and sometimes they will not.

Meet Dr. Talbott

Dr. Shawn’s unique ability to explain complex terminology in simple terms helps people understand the science behind Amare’s new and existing products. His 20+ years of experience developing nutritional products that have generated over $1 Billion in sales has all lead to him finding his true passion at Amare – using his skills & experience to help people feel better through improved mental wellness and psychological vigor (mental acuity, physical energy, and emotional well-being).

Dr. Shawn Talbott received dual Bachelor’s degrees in Sports Medicine (B.S.) and Fitness Management (B.A.) from Marietta College, his Master’s degree (M.S.) in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts, and his Ph.D. in Nutritional Biochemistry from Rutgers University. He is also a Diplomate of the International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) Sports Nutrition program, and has completed a wide range of entrepreneurship studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), including the Entrepreneurial Master’s Program (EMP), the Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP), and the Advanced Certificate for Executives (ACE) in Management, Innovation, and Technology.

He has served as a nutrition educator for elite-level athletes in a variety of sports. As an athlete himself, Dr. Shawn has competed at the national and international level in rowing, cycling, and triathlons. He is a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition (ACN), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and the American Institute of Stress (AIS). Dr. Talbott’s recent educational projects include two academic textbooks, an award-winning documentary film, and several best-selling books that have been translated into multiple languages. His work to educate people about nutrition and health has been featured on The Dr. Oz Show, the TED stage, and the White House.
