We’ve talked about having a blueprint, establishing a plan of attack for excuses, deciding and committing to our health and fitness blueprint and dealing with outside negative influencers. Now it’s time to talk about action!
We’ve been building a fitness foundation all week. But talking about building a house and actually breaking ground are two different things. Just like faith without action is dead, so is a fitness plan.
How will you take action? Setting your alarm earlier? Asking a friend who workouts regularly to hold you accountable. Signing up for a race. Scheduling workouts on your calendar. Walking instead of driving to run errands. Every little thing you to do to incorporate fitness into your life will pay off over time.
Want those results? Take action and remain faithful day in, day out to see them happen.
Yes, you will have days where fitness took a backseat, but get right back up again and stay hungry for change.
